What Sets Us Apart
Cedar Pergola & Pavilion FAQS
Here are the questions we hear most. If yours is not on the list, call or send a message and we will talk it through.
Getting Started
Give us a call or send a message. We schedule a visit at a time that works for you, design your structure on site, and quote a firm, final price while we are there. We can process the order right from your home.
Once your choices are final and the order is placed, we typically install within about three weeks. Timing can shift with weather, material availability, and the season, so we confirm a target date with you up front. If you have an important date, tell us. We are usually flexible enough to work with it.
We only ask that an adult responsible for the project be present at the start of construction and again at completion, so we can confirm you are satisfied.
Cost depends on your design and your site. We require a site visit to price each structure accurately and to give you options that fit your budget and your style.
We are based in Travelers Rest and build throughout Upstate South Carolina, including Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, and Five Forks. Most of our work falls within about a 60 mile radius of Travelers Rest. For the right project we do travel farther, so if you are just outside that range, reach out and ask. We are usually happy to take a look. See the full list of communities we build in.
