Who We Are
Southern Outback Structures was founded to bring our clients designs to life and to build them to last. We are custom builders. We work closely with each client so the finished structure fits their needs and their budget.
The Builder
Southern Outback Structures was founded in 2013 by a builder with more than twenty years in construction, including time with Home Depot REO. He is EPA Lead-Safe certified and a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, license number 76770. That background shows up in how we plan, build, and stand behind every structure.
Why SOS
We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach, and we do not rely on kits or pre-fab construction. Every structure is custom-built for your space. If you can envision it, we can build it. We work with all foundation types, including concrete pad, perimeter foundation, and piers.
